The individuals listed on this site currently have warrants for their arrest issued through various courts in Preble County. The appearance on this site does not directly relate to the seriousness of the crime or crimes that they are accused of committing, but merely indicates that all investigative leads in the attempt to apprehend the individuals have been exhausted. We feel that the individuals shown on this list still have local ties that could lead to their arrest and apprehension. At any given time the Preble County Sheriff’s Office averages between 100 and 150 active arrest warrants listed for individuals across the country. In the year 2005, 325 warrants were issued through the Preble County Courts. Out of those 325 warrants The Preble County Sheriff’s Office served 272 of those arrest warrants. Also in 2005 a total of 136 arrest warrants were served for other jurisdictions bringing the total figure of 436 arrest warrants served in 2005. These figures while not an average is representative to the amount of warrants issued through the Preble County Court System and served by members of the Preble County Sheriff’s Office on a yearly basis. These figures only include Preble County Common Pleas Court and Preble County Juvenile Court as these are the courts that the office of Sheriff is responsible for in Preble County.

Wanted For: Failure to Register as Sex Offender

Subject has Prior Arrests for DUI and Alcohol Related Offenses. Subject has been classified as a Tier III Sex Offender .

Recent Information received indicates the subject may have fled the state and may be in Mexico.

Name: JIMMY COLEMAN

Last Known Address: Subject released from prison and did not give home address to Adult Parole Authority. Subject Stated that he was homeless upon his release.

Wanted For Questioning For Failure to Register as Sex Offender, Subject Also Wanted For Adult Parole Violation.

Subject has a prior history of Sexual Battery, Aggravated Burglary, and Domestic Violence. Subject has been classified as a Tier II Sex Offender by the State of Ohio.

May be in Montgomery or Preble Counties
