The buyer must provide 10% payment at the time of sale. The method of payment is cashiers check, money order, or personal checks from Preble County residents only. The balance must be paid upon confirmation of sale and after the deed has been delivered.

All checks must be made payable to the Preble County Sheriff.

Bids will start with the total amount owed for taxes, court costs, assessments, penalties and interest.
