Tobacco Policy
- Prisoners, staff
members and citizens are not permitted to use tobacco products within
the Preble County Jail in order to help create a safe, healthy and
clean environment for prisoners, staff and citizens.
- Prisoners in
transit or who are temporarily outside of the jail building are
prohibited from using any tobacco products at all times.
