E-Filing is now available!
The implementation of this project was made possible by a grant received from the Ohio Supreme Court. The Grant funded the entire project.
Per Local Rules all CIVIL , CRIMINAL, DISSOLUTION and DIVORCE filings must be filed using the Preble County Clerk of Courts e-Filing system.
********Exceptions are all Pro Se filings, Garnishments, Court of Appeals and CPO filings will still be accepted as paper filings*********
When logging in, your username will be the account holders email. Please confirm your email before trying to file.
If you are e-Filing a document, the account used to file the document Must be the account of the attorney who has signed the document. If you need any assistance making changes to an existing account please contact our office at 937-456-8160.
How to use the E-Filer system. Here are some INSTRUCTIONS to help you with the process.
Proposed Order Instructions:
DOCUMENTS MUST BE A WORD DOCUMENT FOR SIGNING OF DOCUMENTS BY THE JUDGE AND/OR MAGISTRATE.
1. You may add your signatures using /s/ John Doe
2. Must add the tokens for Judge/Magistrate to your document. (Please copy these and place on your template or save for future use.)
These tokens are in a table so please make sure highlight and copy the whole signature Select from one of the following options:

<{Judge Signature}>
3. Do NOT add your own signature line or name. The token will add the signature, signature line and title for the Judge/Magistrate
4. If these instructions are not followed your proposed order could be rejected or refused for review by the Judge/Magistrate.
